Ugh. Yeah. One would hope that the VP of the U.S. would be smart enough to know not to make that type of joke. Not cool at all.

After all these years, I’m still not used to people making West Virginia jokes. For some reason, I was actually surprised that Cheney said this. I’m not sure why.
